High Road Dermatology is a comprehensive dermatology practice providing medical dermatology, pediatric dermatology and cosmetic dermatology in Northern New Mexico. We care for people of all ages between birth and end of life for a variety of skin conditions, diagnosis and procedures from cradle cap to severe diaper rashes and eczema babies sometimes get to acne, warts and psoriasis, as well as photo aging, skin cancer screenings and treatment.

The skin is the largest organ of your body. It proves to be very valuable. If the eyes are the gateway to the soul the skin is window into overall health. Changes in the skin can be a bit like an early warning system, advising you and your doctor to see what is going on inside. The signs can show up on the skin to show us that something deeper might exist. Our goal is to help you have healthy skin. Healthy skin produces quality of life and improves self-esteem. When your skin feels and looks good you feel good.

With an office in both Taos and Santa Fe High Road Dermatology is able to serve Northern New Mexico. Northern New Mexico is a high desert with elevations between 6000 ft. – 12500 ft. The high elevation puts us closer to the sun and produces unique skin challenges including dry skin as a result of the dryair and sun damage because the sun is always intense. The exposure to the sun combined with low moisture in the air can result in skin damage and it puts many Northern New Mexicans at a higher risk for developing skin cancer. Did you know when found early skin cancer often curable is much easier and less invasive to treat?
